After receiving the owl at 6 in the morning Thana arrived at St Mungo's at 8 past six to see her father. She ran in and saw her father, in the hospital bed. Her father, the man who had been her godfather and then had become her father when her parents were killed in an accident. She looked at him and stayed with him until she had been sent back to Uni, as there was nothing she could do. She rushed through her classes and wasn't focused, giving herself deep nicks in Physical training that she had to heal.

Making her classes, and coming back during her lunch to see if her father had any results. She looked at the chart at the end of his bed, understanding the results but wanting to make sure. She waited for a healer to arrive and speak before following him out, leaving her Mother and Brother with Matthew. "Excuse me Sir, I know your busy..But my father." Thana said, already knowing the answer to what she was going to ask. "Matthew Stark. The stroke victim this morning. Can you tell me his results, I'm his daughter. " She asked.

It was turning out to be a very busy day at St. Mungos and that meant nonstop work for the Head Healer Evan Wilson. He was basically running from ward to ward making sure everything was being done properly. "No Janice thats the wrong spell." Evan calmly said to one of the nurses. She nodded and then performed the correct spell. He smiled and then moved down the hallway. Evan wondered if he would be able to grab a quick sandwich at the healer's lounge when he heard someone talking to him.

"Excuse me Sir, I know your busy..But my father."

Evan turned around to see the young woman.

"Matthew Stark. The stroke victim this morning. Can you tell me his results, I'm his daughter. "

Evan recalled hearing about Mr. Stark from one of the Medi-Wizards earlier this morning. Wasn't he suppose to give the results to the family? "Its not the best news." Evan said and looked around. "Do you want to sit down somewhere and I'll tell you the details?" Evan asked.

Thana looked at the man and nodded, "I know he isn't going to make it. I just want to know what's wrong, what type of tumour, how long he has and why the doctors can't operate. " She answered, indicating to the guest cafeteria. "I'm Thana by the way. Thana Semele." Thana told him, sitting down.

For Thana she took a no nonsense approach, she could tell that the Doctors knew that he wasn't going to make it. But her healer side came out and she knew there wasn't much else she could do, people died and lived. She just wanted to know why her father wouldn't make it and why it had happened. Her father was a healthy mid fourties man, working every day of his life she didn't see how it was possible for him.

"I know he isn't going to make it. I just want to know what's wrong, what type of tumour, how long he has and why the doctors can't operate."

Evan was slightly shocked that she already knew that Mr. Stark wasn't going to make it. Maybe she looked at his file? Evan sat down by her.

"I'm Thana by the way. Thana Semele."

"I'm Head Healer Evan Wilson." Evan said and recalled the details of Mr. Stark's condition. "The type of tumor is called a Meningioma. They're usually slow growing and benign. Which means non-cancerous. Mr. Stark's tumor is a typical Meningioma. Unfortunately the location of the tumor is in a place that makes it too dangerous to try to remove." Evan told Thana and sighed. "He doesn't have much time left." He said.

Thana listened as the man spoke, Meningioma? That usually affected women and older people, and usually wouldn't affect the brain to the point it had the potential to kill or cause strokes. " I understand. Can you give an estimation as to how long he has? I'll have to start making some arrangements." Thana told him, though he wasn't her biological father he meant everything to her. Her mother wouldn't be able to make the arrangements as she would be comforting Jonathan so it would come down to Thana.

" I don't know why something like this would happen to him, after my real parents died he took me in. Adopted me and became my father. It's why we have different names." Thana said softly, she had already lost one dad. And now it seemed she was going to lose another.
